The old-fashioned favourites, peppermint and rose creams, just to name a few. The fillings in these chocolates are made from glucose which may be derived from wheat. Coeliac Australia has stated that glucose from wheat is essentially 'gluten-free', but the choice to consume these products remains with the individual.
